Open mic sessions

One of the successful ways to help young people further their interest in music is to give them an opportunity to perform in public. This can be done through open mic sessions at music venues.

The first event took place on 25 September 2008, where five performers and a band played to an audience of nearly 50 people.

The Trust will be sponsoring three open mic session once a month at the Troy Bar, 10 Hoxton Street, N1 during October, November and December 2008. The sessions will be badged and promoted by Flavasum.
